Maintenance on these decks is super easy.  A quick sealer every few years is all that is needed.  This can be done by Vividus or by the home owner as long as the correct product is used.  It generally only takes about an hour to apply after the deck has been cleaned and dried.    Also available is and upgraded sealer that has a life of 10+ years!  This sealer is a thicker, high-gloss epoxy.

You can see in this picture to the right that our concrete deck is only 3/8 " thick over top of wood.  The product we use allows your deck to settle and move without cracking.
